I can get the poorboys ones no problem. When i was held up for a day or 2 with the last order i was going to try out the Dodo ones and see if i could get us a good price on those. Might have to speak with Dom at Dodo and see what he can do for us if you want to try those? I know i've been tempted by them.

Could do with some tar spot remover Matt.

Don't want anything too harsh though if possible. Won't always have the time to be waxing after treatment. If you can recommend something, other wise I will go down to Halfords and grab something by Maguires or similar.

What ever you use to remove tar spots with will leave the paint surface needing to be re-protected Fozzy. The AG Tar and Glue remover is a good product but at around £7.99 for a little bottle (500ml i think), it works out quite expensive. And I know that you'll be wanting the motor to be tar free all the time .

Personally I use the Autosmart Tardis for tar and glue removal. I find it better than the AG and also far more cost effective. Ok I buy it in 25 litre drums , but a 5 litre container works out to about £20. I have also been looking today at some solvent free APC & D which is about £14.99 for 5 litres. However i've not used it and don't know anyone who has, unless you want to be a guniea pig?

When you say interior cleaner, do you want it for the trim or the fabrics?

Hi matt... i need a couple of bits..

Maguires wash solution or equivalent (currently have a pump and 2 litre bottle), I use this in my pressure washer foamer and in the bucket.
I also want some detailing spray to stop the old water marks after washing. I didn't like the mothers thou as it seems to be quite smeary.
I could probably do with a new wash mit too if not too pricey.

Hi Matt,

I know you may not have time this time if you are going away, but it might be an idea to list some of the more popular bits & pieces, prices etc for us newbies.

I am always on the lookout for birthday pressies for Ark!!

No doubt someone will now direct me to a previous link...................

The snow foam I can get is in gallon bottles and is about £16. It's great for foaming but not as great for the bucket. It's ok but I prefer to run with a dedicated shampoo in the bucket. The poorboys Super Slick n Suds is great through both but will work out more expensive than the megs. I'll get a price on the megs for you. The other option is the Megs Hyper wash. It's about £25 for a US gallon but get's diluted 400-1 in the bucket and I find about 2 - 3 cm of product in the bottom of the litre container of the foam gun and topped up with warm water will give a great thick foam.

Detailing spray wise the Poorboys one I've found is much nicer than the Mothers (I no longer use the Mothers because of the streaking), or the Megs Last Touch which comes in US gallon bottles and can be diluted 2-1. This is what I do and it works out to about £15 for 2 US gallons of detailer when diluted. Lasts ages and much more cost effective.

Megs wash mitt last time was about £6.50. I'll get firm prices and post them up

Unfortunately not but I can ask Dom about prices on the Dodo waxes. Supernatural is easily on par with Best of Show if not better. BoS retails at about £135 a tub. SN is about £65 a tub for the same size tub.

Never used it myself. I have some Zymol which i'd imagine is similar. I can recommend you a couple of places to get the car bath from if you want?

Yep Juiced is enhanced by Dodo, but they don't claim it as one of theirs.

Fozz-tastic ^
