It will probably take about 2 days if your'e a bungling idiot like me and NickBes.

The biggest thing is getting the bumper cut out right. Takes a few fittings and trimming here and there.

Also cutting body work and bashing bits flat with a club hammer to get the pipes to fit around the front.

It will all seem like a disaster and you realise there's no going back cos your car is mashed but you just have to keep the faith and plod on.

It is hard work but well worth the effort. Mine is only a cheapy ebay one and certainly took a lot of persuading to fit but it's has been on for a couple of years now and I haven't had a problem with it. I'm sure if you buy more expensive ones they probably fit a lot easier. The performance will make you realise you made the right choice mate.

I did mention we are a couple of bungling idiots!!!

Nick came round at the weekend to help fit a new door in the lounge with nice glass panels. Thought I could earn a couple of brownie points before the missus came home. Got the door planed, handles and lock fitted, stood it up in the garden to put the hinges on the frame and the most almighty gust of wind came down from the heavens and blew it over. It fell onto the decking and the left panel hit a decking post. Took an hour to get rid of all the broken glass from the decking and lawn. Didn't earn any points strangely enough.

Yep. Or zippy and bungle might be closer.

We are quite cheap to hire if anyone needs any technical jobs doing. Of course that is balanced out by the sheer expense needed to put it all right again after you let us near it!
