Just a quick question, on mobile speed traps, does the camera clock traffic going each way?

There's a speed trap in a lay by before Corringham town centre, my stepson was travelling on the opposite side of the road and maybe going a little over the speed limit, hence the question.

I don't think they do. Thought they're the same as the fixed ones, only work when going away from.

The camera is located on the brow of a hill, so you can't see it until the last second (opposite side of the road to where the camera is)

if that's the case then i think any fine that comes through would be invalid. pretty sure the camera has to be clearly visable now for a certain distance / amount of time. Milamber will be able to confirm that one though.
