I am also having the same problem because I paid for the Plus membership on 2nd March & still have no access to the Plus membership. I did email Stu & the reply came back that they have not seen the payment despite it being confirmed that payment was sent.

Sent another email today with all the Paypal details so hope they sort it soon

Sounds like a pattern emerging that needs to be addressed but hopefully they will find the problem.
