Letting agents, arouind Colchester??
Can anyone recommend one to contact? This is miles from anywhere I know so couuld do with some tips.

Where abouts is yours? Mine is in the Greenstead estate.
Where ever that is 
I am seriously considering approaching the local council to see about Housing association.

Greenstead ...classy
A very high number of Uni students rent there so you should get it out fairly easy at the right price......
The area does not have the best rep but hey........name me a place that apparently does not have a bad area ???

I live in Greenstead and nearly everyone on my road is private renting or brought. Never had a single bit of trouble in 2 years. I do live 40 metres from Longridge though
