has anyone else had dramas trying to get in touch with mocom... i have left messeges and sent an e.mail but havent heard anything back... the phone always rings onto the answer phone... my car pretty much off the road until i can get it sorted so i'm in a bit of a rush.

It's always difficult getting hold of Mocom / Zak but always worth it when you do!

It is an issue that Zak needs to fix. There are plenty of other very good tuners and in today's environment it is surely even more important.
