Question Need to know where to get these bugeye lights from.

As above.
I think these are the nuts.

Closest I have found is these:

01-03 Subaru Impreza WRX Black Bugeye Headlights on eBay, also Head Lamps, Lights Lighting Accessories, Car Tuning Styling, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 19-Oct-08 17:46:46 BST)

These are the Prodrive ones as fitted to the UK300 limited edition Bugeye. Rare as rocking horse doo over here. But can be had from here :-

Breakers may have them on a unmolested UK300.

Not the right ones. I want the ones in my picture, not the UK300 ones.
I've seen the ones on eBay, which are nice, but not as nice as these.
They look like standard lights but with an HID lamp in place for the main driving lamp.

Essex racing in southend were knocking out something like them.

But if you find the exact ones from your pic. let us know.

they are the original clear wrx lights but custom made projector ans de-tango. so they wont be availble to buy buy need to DIY
