I have a brand new, boxed, FMI for sale - was going to put it on my old wagon - but as I no longer have it - I no longer have need for this! Open to offers, although there is NO pipework

Quite sure its worth more than that surely - as I'm quite certain that the pipework wouldn't be more than £100

Depending on the quality of the core, probably isnt worth much if its an ebay special.
High quality cores are expensive, post some pics of it and a shot of the core inside the end tank if you can
