Smile Drove A Lambo & A Audi R8 Today

Must say i was a little disappointed with the Lambo, it didn't seem that fast and the gearbox was very jerky and it even jumped out of gear on a down-change although i could easily get used to the paddle shift, the best bit of the Lambo was the noise, it was a close call between the Audi & the Lambo as they both sounded great but the Lambo was just that little bit better

Now the Audi was a different car, it's a much more focused car, it had a manual gearbox that was very clunky but it was a faster car and seemed more planted than the Lambo and the brakes were awesome, if i had to choose between the 2 (i wish) then it would have to be the Audi Vorsprung durch Technik

Oh yes look at the concentration on my face, i was actually listening & trying to do what the instructor said

the track at prestwood hall is crap, its far too short and not enough straights to get high speed.

had thought of that. only thing is, under their insurance it's a £5k excess and to have a policy for me to drive any car it's silly money. Although i'll have to see what Moley says
