Evening rush hour about the same give or take 1/2 hour.
do it every other week more or less.

When I used to do this journey couple of years ago from Loughton I used to leave at 6am was there by 8am and had time for a bit of brekkie and chill before starting the training course. Alternatively travel the night before and stay in cheap digs like travellodge
