Can i roll the arches in with a block and panel hammer???
Would it help to warm the paint

You can mate yes , some people say warming the paint helps but ime. the paint always cracks when you roll arches .

There's only a certain amount you can grind off mate as the inner and outer arches are spot welded round there , if you go too far they'll separate

I remember a while back seeing these guys on another forum
arch rolling and arch flaring
Looks like it can be done most times without repaint.
