I've driven my Type R one in the last 2 months......
Enjoying the KA too much!
No dramas.... no waiting for the turbo to cool down, no massive fuel bills!
Sorry to hear this Dazza

unfortunately i'm a bit reluctant to fork out the best part of £800 on an ecu and map, on the of chance it might fix the issues.
deffo think diesel is the way to go, so will be looking at audi / bm.
also want to travel around france a bit and ramp up some leisure miles!!!!
i've got a few other options to try first, which might fix the outstanding issues, as i wouldn't really like to sell the car as it is.
might have to join Dave at the hairdressing academy!!!

Crikey, the non-scooby owning table at the Lodge is going to need extra seats...
You're just having a rough patch at the moment, fix the CEL and you'll remember how much fun the car is. Trouble is it's been winter and we haven't had that many chances to get out and drive the cars properly. Now it's getting lighter your love for the car will slowly come back.
