Depends on the condition of the flaps, I have the performance creation Kaylan flaps which I believe is the same material used by prodrive, was about that price, £115 IIRC with SS metal brackets
The springs are about right or you could buy Frayz's whitelines which sit a little lower than the prodrives and look a little better. I have read though that some of the aftermarket springs (non prodrive) can get saggy bottoms? Pete 300 has the Teins which look good too and are about £150 from Demontweeks with discount. White lines are about the same I think.
If you want prodrives then go for it, you'd pay twice that new. Best bet is to give Zak a bell and ask about fitted prices for springs, you might find that in the fitting/alignment deal there wouldn't be much in it buying from him new .
