Anyone know what theses are called?

I have a set of these on my Alfa GTV but one has been dented so using the spare, anyone know what they are called and where i might be able to get 1?
It is made be "Momo" (on the wheel)

Paul.. I was gonna put these on an Ibiza i had.... sure they were called MOMO RACING...? cant be 100% as it was about 8 yrs ago..
