Would there be any interest in a ESC juniors go-kart day??
I will be making enquiries regarding taking my son Charlie to Lakeside karting, I was wondering if any of you would fancy bringing the kids along so they can all have a go. I'm not sure what the minimum ages are etc. So Im just gauging interest at the mo. Will be looking to get something booked in the new year but dates will be flexible.

Please note all children will have to be between 8-15 years old and have a minimum height of 137 cm

Its not restricted to ESC juniors, if they want to bring a friend as well it would be cool, the more number we get the bigger chance there will be of having the whole track.

Think you will also have to check with the circuit if they also have a height restriction as well as age. Some of Simons friends were not allowed to do this a couple of years ago due to being too short!

Good point, am just seeing if there is enough interest first, then I will do some digging. If we cant do it there I will find an alternative.

AGE POLICY
Essex Karting Raceways operates strict age limits.
At Junior events drivers must be 8-15 years old and at least 137cms tall.
At Senior events drivers must be 16 or over.
Proof of age will be required if there is any doubt. Any driver aged 15 or under must be signed in by their parent or guardian. If you wish to bring someone else's child to our circuit you must first get their parent or guardian to complete our Parental Consent form (AVAILABLE FROM THE CIRCUITS). This form authorises you to act "in loco parentis" and to make any and all decisions as to the suitability of the activity for the child. We will then require you to countersign our registration form for that child. If in any doubt, please call your local Essex circuit.
