Default TV Question
Just wondered if anyone could help me... I have a tv/dvd combo. I do not have an arial for the tv and no channels are programmed on to it. Am I allowed to plug it in just to watch dvds or do I need a license for that?

But you are at Uni aren't you?

When Gail was studying the home licence covered the set
