Just been offered a new job as a maintenance fitter for SharpFibre, £2000 payrise, company mobile, company 4x4, 5 weeks holiday, going up to 6 after the first year!
Got to sort out their workshop, computerise everything, service tools, trips to Lille, France once a month and the best bit, paid for Golfing holiday to Spain in the summer
One less ESC member at Calor now

Got a problem with the agency I work for with Calor, they're now demanding that I give them 2 weeks notice as they reckon it's the minimum requirement under employment law, PM'd Milamber to make sure my way of thinking was right as my contract says 1 week, which it is, so will be putting up a fight tomorrow!
