Car Service and other works
Just wondered what thoughts you have on th following:
I have a MY02 STi which has just covered 15000 miles, it was serviced exactly a year ago and is due for its next one (covered 8K in the year). The clutch smells like it is burning when I launch it hard or sitting in traffic (Strange but I notice it more on the Posers Cruise ), but is ok otherwise, and the brake pads have now developed an annoying squeak when pressed lightly, but it goes once I press the pedal a little harder.
My question is this, where do I go to get the work looked at/done? Xtreme, Mocom or Wilsons main dealer?
I know that at the main dealer I can have a courtesy car which makes it alot easier, but pay a premium for the privilige, and I have never had any dealings with Xtreme or Mocom......just wondered where you would go in my situation?

ive dealt with both xtreme and mocom, had no problems with either, both brilliant friendly and knowledgable service, so id say go with whoever can fit you in first

oh yeah, mocoms i do prefer, but zak is a very busy man as im sure him and everyone else will agree and its sometimes hard to get hold of him to book in, so depending on the speed you want things done and their urgency its sometimes neccesary to look elsewhere. Athough id never go anywhere else for mapping or suspension alignment myself
