R/C Thread
Sorry to be an **** but how many R/C threads are there.
I didn't sign up to read about Radio control toys
Can't all those who are interested in this create 1 thread like tick tock & keep to this.
don't mean to burst the bubble & i know there are a few of you who are into this but to me & proberly some others this is a waste of space
rant over

Well being diplomatic..
Why dont you just not click on the RC threads. Its not as if the ESC has stopped and all scooby events have been put on hold is it. The other threads are still here.
Every RC thread had some indicator in the title as to what the thread is about... if you dont wanna read it. Dont click on it.
People are still posting in other stuff. Now you see how dull the board was getting because there wasnt really much going on.
But since when has the ESC been about scoobys anyway?
Its all about being a pre-madonna and the social events that go with it.
Come down and join us mate.. you'll have your very own RC thread before you know it

I don't even have a RC car (yet ), but the banter that goes on is entertaining.
But I also know that if I don't want to see it then I just don't look at the thread.
It's the first time for a while that there is a buzz around the ESC pages again, and very refreshing from the 'Lets slag each other off' threads that were creeping in a few months ago.
As has been said before the ESC is more than just cars.
All IMHO of course
David

Brain washed? sorry mate been into R/C's for 20 years mate the first being a sonic 911 which you controlled with a clacker, then a R/C Porsche 944 which I adapted with another battery pack to make it faster, various off road buggies, then a Tamiya Blackfoot( wanted a Clodbuster but Father Christmas never delivered) Tamiya Honda NSX, then onto a .15 R/C trainer plane, made my own plane from plans in RCME, then it went quiet for a while, next was a Bycmo 2wd Subaru Impreza, the SSK and now the Savage

Tamiya Grasshopper II super G
Run all sorts of cars from trucks like the super blackfoot to 1.7th scale nitro touring cars, to HPI and losi.
Raced competitively for 2 years back in 04/05 with 1/10 indoor touring cars, went to the KO GP back in 05 at west london race centre.
So thats 14 years of driving RC's.. not just a phase i think
