Not taking another gearbox down then to be mended

I emailed them the other day about remapping/checking my ECU etc for chip, asked them about booking it in, but never heard nothing back

I spoke to him (email) and he said MY97/98 can't be remapped but can only have new chips/ECU etc put in. Told him I think mine might be chipped, but haven't a clue with what (McCain chip for all I know! ) and he said he could check it and the fuelling etc for £50. I emailed back asking how and when I can book it in, but haven't heard nothing.
I know he is probably really busy etc with all the highly modded cars, but mines important to, even though its only standard

! I just want to make sure its running at its best, and isn't over fuelling or being put through unnecessary stress (other than having me as its owner !!!!)Just ask him to email me back as soon as he can with regards to maybe popping down for him to check ECU etc?

hiya, i had just dropped my wrx off for a remap and a few other goodies, im going to be like a big kid when i pick it up lol
and i still get to drive hubbies scooby whilst its gone hehe
