Yeah I tried 1 in woodford but they were out of stock and he said it was 47.99 for 4 litres. Its cheaper from demon tweeks by the time I've bought a 1 litre pot as well.

What about Wilson's (Used to be Subaru dealer and still do servicing etc.) in Chadwell Heath. They use Shell Helix for their servicing, don't know if they sell it as well, can't imagine they would be cheap though.
I think Demon Tweeks might be your best/cheapest option.

Haven't been there for ages, but how about the Shell Station on the Woodford New Rd opposite Tescos?
