Which Alloys??
Hi guys
I'm going to buy some alloys for my car in the not to distant future and need some help deciding!
Old RS4 alloys
http://i24.ebayimg.com/07/i/000/82/4c/6d88_1.JPG
OR
New RS4 alloys
http://i16.ebayimg.com/07/i/000/86/73/db6a_1.JPG
On my A3 with either of the above in 17's or 18's on standard suspension.

I am leaning towards 17's as the ride will not be as hard and I'm not going to get the car lowered.
Any photoshoppers able to help
Thanks

Old RS4's don't look right on A3's IMHO and the A8's too much as well.
New RS4's look sweet
I have the old RS4's which go well on the bigger car.
These are 19's on the A3, 17's might look a bit lost on standard ride height.

Elite in Rainham do the new style RS4 rims in 17'' for about 450 quid with tyres fitted mate, there called the 'collection 251' I think.
Have a look on their site and if you call them speak to Barry as I think he does ESC discounts.

18x8's wrapped in 225/40/18's, Mich PS2's of course, was about £700 and something. If you go 18x8 I would highly recomend the 235/40/18 . The shape of the wheel rim does not lend itself well to minimum rim protection. You will curb them by just turning.
If you go 17x7.5 I would go 225/45 or whatever is best for your equivalent wheel circ
I think the package deal was Falkens but I wanted Mich PS2's which obviously command a premium.

Thanks for the comments and the Photoshop baz
I might go for 18's but I'm unsure if they would look any good on the suspension I have as the guys car pictured below is lowered.
I really don't want the stilt with rubber band look!
I also like the look of the New RS4's but need to see a decent picture before I go ahead.
Thanks for the Audio-sport web link, just signed up and thanks Jim for the Elite link - when I decide what I want I'll defo contact them to see what they can do for me

Good choice on the Audi, I nearly bought an A(S?)3 before I got the Golf R32. Are you coming down the Lodge meet?
