Default My scoobys been hurt!!!!!!!

What a day.....!!! and it's only 6.55am

Opened mail this morning and I've been done for speeding in Germany!!!!

Then on the way to work some half awake b@stard drives into the back of the Terzo whilst I'm waiting to pull off at a junction.....

At first it looked like there was no damage apart from some scratches to mine but he's dented the rear pnl behind the bumper....... at least with the boot closed you can't see it..... (I guess the bumber is shot though?)

Not too bad really and quite lucky? I guess

Only problem is that last time some idiot did this type of thing my insurance company put up my premium even though it was a no fault claim!!!!!!!

Anyway, sorry to moan.....

Any good bodyshops?

sorry about that mate, would he be willing to pay for the damage rather than insurance company???

I personally would want the bumper replaced....

His car was a mess and as you say I want them job done properly, as you said new bumper etc......

As a result Im going to use ABW even though it means I have to pay my excess first then claim back .....

BTW, apparently it's the law to report an accident to your insurers even if you don't claim!!!!!! i.e. we could agree not to go through insurance then he reports it and i get done for failing to report?

Anyway whatever happens ABW will look after my car.

Thanks BB

Mrs Baz... the "fine" is E35... I think it's a fine as it's all in German.....

I'm awaiting about 10 more now as I've been caning it for about a month along the Autobahns!!!!!

BTW, Nevetas.... is it worth using my Radar/Laser detector? Strange but i don't remember being gunned and there is no picture? There's loads of camera gantrys but i was told they are tolls?

Cheers BB

Cheers Dazza You cheered me up !!!

I'm VERY tempted to bin it but as V2T say's... it's through work and don't want to risk it..... loads of people here have had them, it's just hard trying to find someway to pay it....

Have also been told you can get banned for a few months but choose when to take it?

Ohhhhhhh I hire car, I guess if you want to use that hire company again you would have to pay.

Yeah the camera looking things are actually for HGV tolls.

Wouldn't worry about a detector, would probably be to late by the time it detected.

Still could be worse!

Utter rubbish but they will charge you none the less. I'm not sure Moley's guys take the same stance, but admiral always did. Sorry you got hit, I saw it the other day on a thread and it looks like a top motor:thumb:
Cheers bud!!!! I know it's sad, bit I go through cars a lot and this is the first one that I really really like and would probably only ever sell it to get another one! Got the bug bad......

Anyway Darren looked at the car and he's sorting it out and hopefully all will be well soon.....

Cheers to everyone that said hi, I'm truely gutted.....

Strange thing is apart from the marks on the bumpers you can't tell it's been hit.... It's not really that bad, but I'm used to it being perfect

I'll be there.... even if I have to bring the Merc !!!

I'll be getting an a hire car of the same status? So new Scoob? basic ka probably
