Andy Walsh is the man!!!
Just got back from france and a circuit training day with Andy Walsh....
He is amazing! totaly cool and relaxed, and manages to get the best out of all he teaches!
He had me scared to death with the speeds and manouvers he got me to do, but can't wait to try them out at silverstone on thursday.... (Look out Phil )
I would highly recommend booking yourself on this if your serious about circuit driving/track days.
HOWEVER A WORD OF WARNING, DON'T GET IN HIS CAR..... I THOUGHT MY SCOOB RUNNING 325BHP WAS IMPRESSIVE.... BUT HIS ELLISE IS RUNNING 290BHP!!!!! THAT MUCH POWER IN A GO CART NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED!!!!

We played with the EDFC damping setttings, till we could achive the best grip.
That plus some his amazing driving techniques, enabled me to progress from entering a bend at 35Mph to 60Mph..... and that entry speed was carried through the bend, so that i was exiting very close 60Mph!
It was great, as those nippy little Elise's didn't have the edge on a very tight and technical circuit!
Sadly we didn't get time to get the pyrometer out to check tyre temperatures and subsequently recommend camber etc. adjustments.

TBH i've never been that impressed with them on track days. But there we're a couple of guys on the event (Run by lotus on track), that we're very very impressive. Then you get Andy in his 290Bhp super charged Elise and then you realise the difference between a good track driver and a race driver!
