Default Anyone own a lathe?

I've got a small Blitz boost gauge but can only find 52mm pods?

I have an idea of turning a small collar in metal that would fit inside the 52mm pod but with my reduced size internal diameter to fit gauge...

I have drawn a design in CAD (I know, but I was bored! )

So can anyone assist?

Thanks BB

what CAD package are you using?

Send the file to me and I'll make it at work mate

I've got some ally billet, been saving it to make something, but never got round to design anything

We use a system called I-deas, but I could send you a screen dump of the drawing...

You have PM...

Thanks BB.

Please note I'm not 100% sure of internal dimension... I'll get the missus to measure to it lol
