Sorry to hijack such a serious thread but I also saw this news article while i was looking. They describe it as an £11,000 haul but later go on to say "They escaped with just £2,000 of their £3,000 haul." For a start 2/3 isn't bad and also what happened to the remaining £9k

i drove passed this. the missus thought there had been a murder. guys was laying on the floor not moving.

Headline says dropped £11k of £13k haul.

Yeah just didn't realise they would have linked the 2 together. A crash in Saarfend and the car having come through the Dartford Tunnel.

Back on track, I have experience of lying on the ground waiting for help to come so can imagine what this poor chap must have gone through. I hope it was quick for his sake

Probably because the poor soul either lived or worked over in Kent.
