Classic Ford Show @Battlesbridge this Sunday
I know a lot of you are heading to Thorpe Park, but for the others ,I've popped along to this over the past couple of years and it's quite good , kills a couple of hours (if it's not raining ).Plenty of RS2000's, Mexico's Lotus Cortina's etc , plus plenty of 'your Dad's old cars' there like Zepha's ,Cortina's, even a few Yank tanks too .Might be worth popping along if you're at a loose end and not going to Thorpe park to see . I think it's on from 10 to 5 on the field behind the Antiques centre http://www.battlesbridge.com/events....985fe4007ed9b3
It would be good to see a few other Scoobies in the parking field

My mate has an ancient cortina, so I dare say he'll be there! OH (Taz is his name as I'm fed up with saying OH! ) would probably want to take the new Saff Cossie, but alas he can't as no tax/mot/ins etc!! Damn it! Might pop along if nothing else to do, and weather is good!
What does your Scooby look like, and I try look out for you!? Was you at Lodge on Thurs? Was you one of the lucky ones to be licked to death by my Rottie???

NICE saff!!! Why did you get rid?? Taz 's the saff cossie's! He's owned about 4 (including most recent) .
His best one was pulling something like 400+bhp and it was crap to drive every day, but put a smile on his face down 1/4 mile !! Way too much for me !!!

Sometimes though, you can never better the best
I know Taz misses his old one. He recently found out the bloke who bought it from him (old man, wanting one last reminder of good old days" before he passed away) sold it on, and it ended up in a ditch I think !
It broke his heart! It was his first Cossie too, which, for a 22yr old at the time, was a big thing, as most of his mates were driving around in 1.6 escorts etc !!
I hope yours is still going strong, were ever she is!!!
p.s think we've kinda hi-jacked this thread...Sorry!!
