allthough the rifle is of a very high power..........a licence is not required as it does not exceed 12lb psf......which it has a accuracy of a kill at 50 yards.... the rifle is air filled @ 3000psi/ 200lb bar and can fire 40 shots before a refill is required.

i have ordered a divers oxegen tank and adapter to refill on the move

as long as permission is given by the land ower/ property owner, a air rifle can be used to kill vermon, pigeons, rabbits and pheaseants but the latter can only be killed in season, as i have been told.

Where you getting your stuff from, I get all this at very very discounted rates if you need anything. I think 50 yards is abit optimistic for 12ft/lbs for clean kills.

You should go for FAC and get it up to 24-25ft/lb. Then 50 yards is fine

Pheasents and airguns don't mix very well, they much prefer to be blasted out the sky with a 12bore, so they tell me

tried and tested mate.last night on a farm with the gun shop owner......a friend of mine......... he got a few rabbits after zero'ing ......... if the rifle is pushed up to 24lb plus like you say then it becomes illegle and is classed as a firearm, which a licence is then required...........i ain't telling you your job mate but this is from a guy who ownes the air gun shop in rayleigh

Thats what I just said, get an FAC (Firearms Certificate), I can provide you with letters to get you your license.

I've had around 5,000 bunnies with 12ft/lb and past 40 yards they don't always go down first time IMO.

Sorry! Yeah FAC is the license. You can get it 2 ways. Join a gun club and do 6 months probation, or obtain permission to shoot over FAC rated land (which I have plenty off). Once you get that it's just a case of sending off the forms and then you get interviewed.

It's very simular to the process of getting a shotgun license, which Cornelius has just done.

Once you have an FAC you can then up the power of your airgun, or apply for a rimfire / centrefire rifle and all sorts of other boys toys

Here's a good site full of FAQ's...

i know you can do what you like within the boundrys of your own land( within reason)
but you always got to think of the over shoot !! if in small areas

Well I have a pest control license anyway, but you don't need one if you have the land owners permission to shoot over that land.

Here's my site
