Sheds!
Right, Steve and i need a bigger shed as we seem to accumulate so much stuff!
Have an area for it which could accommodate approx 12' x 6'ish shed
The problem we have is that our garden is on an incline so not a simple go and buy the shed and stick it in the garden.
Any one know of someone who does the whole scherbang, i.e. lay the foundations, base and then build the shed? If yes a name and number would be helpful.
Cheers

There is a normal (small) shed on a hardstanding and then a drop of about 2' in total meaning that 1/2 the new shed would not be suported as it is
We are going to have to put in foundations etc.

Have a word with Bubs , Im sure he will be able to help you out with the Base etc
Helped do ours for the hot tub
Then either purchase a shed , Will be cheaper for you imho , If the Shed sales place do not do an Erection service Im sure with a bit of help we could all get it put up for you
Or have a look through the Occupations thread lot of chippies in there

Chippy reporting
As Tiny says, works out much cheaper to buy from shed company than to get custom built by the likes of me. Rainham sheds on the A13 are cheap and deliver/erect for free, you just have to put level base in.
But if you do need assistance give me a shout, be glad to help out.

Hello people,
Thanks for all the comments
Will be speaking to Bubs at next meet. And am going to try to find Rainham sheds.
BRI4N, have you got a postcode or directions a bit more in depth than on the A13 for Rainham sheds?
Thansk again,
Vicki

I've just built one with my dad, garden is going through a fare bit of change this summer and thought I'd start with storage
Our garden is on a slight incline aswell (maybe not as bad as yours) - we reinforced the base with 3 (6x2) treated planks - Back, middle and front 90deg to the original floor reinforcement.
The back and middle are resting directly onto the mud (dug the rear down slightly) and the front has 2 bricks reccessed into the ground by about 1 inch. It's not a massive shed though so the length it spans over the incline is only 1600mm! We over engineered it so feels a lot more sturdy than a bought one! Probably spent about £80 on materials (not the biggest shed) but did take 2 weekends doing it.
Problem is having the time, the tools and inclination to do it. We had to make one as I had to fill an awkward corner where it narrowed down at the back.
I'm not a builder so would go with any professional advice, over mine. (Just wanted to show off my handywork )
Construction (not a catalogue pose - I'm holding it together)

Completed
