any one been able to convert there centre console from 1 din to 2 din in a classic as i really need 2 din but only have the 1 or is it even possible to do ive posted this in the tech section no one has replied any one here

My car has double din, not sure if you can buy the centre console from a JDM classic to fit directly in place

it's a '96 import WRX V-Limited.

haven't got any pics at the moment, as I've just modified it all for the water injection display and moved the cigarette lighter.

I'll do some pics and post them in a mo

cheers its just my dad bought me a tv system screen is 1 din and the dvd and tv tuner is another din be a shame to waste

well i wonder if i bought that console will it go in mine mmmmmmmmm something to think about what that screen with the silver plate around it that looks cool have to get one and were did you get the gauges for ur dash and the heater controls look good

The display is for the water injection, it also monitors the inlet charge temperature, air/fuel ratio and boost.

The Gauges are Option tuning, oil pressure, oil temp and boost.

The heater controls and dash fascias are indiglo.

All bought from good old Ebay

only problem with the display is that because the lambda sensor is mounted in the downpipe, it don't last very long, it gets burnt out
