Registered Corgi Gas Fitter - Required
I will be letting my flat out in the next few weeks, but i need my Boiler, Gas Hob and Gas fire tested for Safety Purposes and i also need the Certificate for the agency and tennant.
Can anyone help??

you FOOL... firstly british gas cover the boiler so that should be done already.... secondly... if you asked i can probably sort it out.... 
also that white van that parks outside the front door.. has written all over it about landlord cert...
