given the words of wisdom on tyres locally, anyone know of somewhere I can get a good sound system fitted. Need some place that covers everything and doesn't leave the car looking a mess afterwards.

The unit in my 03 STI is absolute ****e and as much as I enjoy listening to the engine sing, I'd occasionally like to be able to crank the base up too.

Yes Charles aka sti_lad fitted tinys stuff and did a great job.

For actually buying the stuff you get some really good deals at guardian security in chadwell heath 0500 525620 tell them Dave Cook with the scoob sent you!! they have got a website but I don't know the address.

Depends what your interested in I have a 6 channel JBL amp and a 12" Infinity Kappa box for sale, had this in my old scoob and powered the four doors and the sub nicely

Hope this helps

I got my stuff from Pulse and they where really good, the only shop locally that would budge on the price, they wouldn't go down to internet but met me half way.

They also fitted some 16:9's in my rear shelf and did a stunning job, kept the factory grills so all hidden cables nice and tidy, sound good too The guy I delt with in their also has a classic scooby and took me out to his car 4 an ear bashing b4 I got the work done

Sent a friend down their and he had a full install done with a full Dynamat job sound the dogs nadgers.

Will that fit in scoob? we thought the best for ours was in the living room ! even though I quite liked the idea of it going in the CTR boot, but where was I supposed to put the shopping.
