I installed Panda AV and it's running fine on my laptop!! updates itself everyday
I had to reinstall windows XP, and a couple of days later I installed windows, and in that time, Panda found 9 spyware programs, though it's not compatible with the Zone Alarm firewall software, but after talking to John, Service pack 2 has been installed, and it's set to auto update everyday too, and have had no problems.
Thanks for your advice John, top man!!

if you have windows xp, do a system restore to the day before you installed panda, this will put your pc back to original state prior to install of panda.
