IMPORTANT - BUTLINS PARKING
Right guys just had a call from John Evans Head of Security at Butlins (who has sorted out the parking for us).
He has reserved all the main entrance parking for us as this has constant 24 hour security. Really nice chap who has gone out of his way to make sure he has all available secruity on site to cover the cars for us.
Please note that about 20-30 mins before we arrive at Butlins I am to call John so that he can open the gate to allow us to park straight in there.
He is aware there is a big convoy and therefore has asked if I can lead you all through the gate for security purposes (basically to show him who I am!!)
Hope this ok guys!!!

sounds good to me....how about a little whip round to buy the bloke a drink???
also Lady Fozz...my brother is coming down later than us and dosent drive a scooby, will he be able to park up ok????

Yes was just going to mention the above 
Lady Fozz .. There will be Scoobs arriving there before us Tommorow ( Hants Scoobies) Also a few will be coming down later on Friday , The Boss & A Few others , Also there are more Scoobs coming down during the day on Saturday @ Various Times , Hope that these will be able to park with us as well
They all have the Reservation Numbers / Password so they will be able to get on Resort

Right guys in answer to all your questions
Spally and Pontiac Bird - yes you are able to park with us (have told John there are some strays!!
)
For anyone arriving later - This is also fine I have told John others will be arriving after us, he says this is perfect fine (and normal!). All cars have to come through the main gate so when they get there just explain that you are with the other Scoobies and says Yvette has arranged the Parking and he will direct you!
Tiny - not sure about your flags!

The main entrance car park is pretty large - basically once all the cars are there they will section it off and not allow any other cars to park within it.
I have also given John my number and said if for any reason something happens while we are their he can call me.

I think some kind of whip round would be nice - as they aren't suppose to strictly section off car parks as it will be busy this weekend. I think if everyone going stuck in a £1 then we could either buy a bottle of whisky or something like that - is that ok with everyone?
I shall start the collection tomorrow when we are there.
Also people don't forget the time and effort both Karen (Mrs ESC) and Tiny have put into this.

either me or Gazza will give you a ring in the morning Tiny to see where you are as we will probably aim to get there the same time as you lot and will join the convoy.I just want to see peoples faces when us lot come burbling through the gates,will be an awesome sight
