win xp............. open my documents and then right click on the pic if it is saved in my pictures folder.

once you right click go down to edit and left click. this should then open the paint program and your picture will be automaticaly opened huge.

Go to "image tab" then stretch and scew.

where it says stretch = horizontal 100% change the value to say 50% and do the same in vertical. make sure you have the same values in both boxes, or your pic will not come out so good. This will shrink your pic to 50% of its origanl size. Then go to file, save as...........

do this same proceduer again if you want it smaller again.

above pic was resized at 25%

Any suggestions on what to do.

It is obviously gonna cost quite a bit to sort this, but if i could do something a little different it wouldnt be so bad, if you know what i mean

Would rather spend money changing rather than just returning to what it was like .

Have a look at this website www.ets-racing.co.uk they do front splitters/bumpers

BUT they do come UN-PAINTED!!!
