i still work for ford development lol

cossies aint the dark side, a good stg 3 car will eat most scoobies in my experience.
obviously scoobies have a massive handling advantage imo.
it all comes down to old car/new car.

Just want some creature comforts, without the worries of rust etc.

hence the change. i did want a 3 door but tbh i couldnt justify spending £9k+ on a 20 year old ford sierra.

Also wanst interested in the running costs of an evo, clutches, AYC diff oil etc, all of which bought me nicely to a newer impreza.

which exhaust do you guys recomend and where to get one?

hmmm, tune up a scooby with a similar tuning package, and hey

My personal opinion is to get a JDM STI, as they are better spec, and the rear wash wipe is damned handy

Nothing wrong in that. In my opinion Cossies were the definitive performance saloon. My son had an RS turbo then a 4x4 Saph and we used to go to loads of RS meets - Black horse, Halfway house, Dick Turpin etc. as well as RS shows. He's still a member of the RS owners club. Before my first Scoob I had a Power Engineering turbo'd Mondeo.

I used to be a ford nut, having more Mk2 escorts, sierras and capris than the numbers of black flags Tiny got at the karting last sat
Then Betts got his scoob, went out in it, and got converted, just love jap cars now, can't see myself going back to ford again
