Red face Petrol Watch

Well it looks like it's started already.

On my short journey today I noticed that the Asda at Chelmer Village had no petrol and neither had Tescos at Great Dunmow.

Anyone know of anymore?

Default I've Gone Dry!

This may not be the same as last time we had the crisis BUT i knew of a garage that didnt run out of petrol (in Essex) during the whole time!! i was filling up there daily - if you wish to know where it is please forward £20 to...... NO NO really - it is on the colchester bound of the A12 you come off at the B1024 signposted kelvedon and its along there about 600 yards on the left. As i say i cannot guarentee this time so if anybody decides to drive there nearly on the red and they have sold out please dont come after me... well you wont be able to thinkin about it as your be stuck in Kelvedon.

My dear Daddy works for BP and is the supervisor for the distributing or fuel in and around Essex. He has advised me to take this seriously. BP are putting the tank drivers safety before anything else and alot of them have already had deliveries cancelled today because of threats from protestors.

IF you run out, you run out.
Leave PETROL for the EMERGANCY service that may need it more than you do??
i filled up on monday, (as forgot sunday nite) only because i passed a petrol garage that had 4 cars in
so i filled up, would'nt have gone out my way to get petrol,
BUT would have missed the LODGE
& anything i wanted to do this weekend, (if it is a 3 day strike)

I thought i was well sorted, driving in the scoob not really worrying too much about petrol, because clever me had stashed a 1.3 fiesta with full tank of juice.

Went to get in it to find great big nail hanging out of the rear tyre and no spare

Tescos are still receiving their planned daily deliveries, just running out as people are panic buying and buying daily as oppossed to their normal patterns. If I find out different tonight I shall update in the morning

I can vouch for that was behind you earlier today from YMCA in Romford to Green lanes Dagenham, and you certainly wasn't driving sedately.
