ESC To the ALTON Town Centre Meet ~ Sun 21st August
Oh yes time to head down to Alton In Hampshire again 
SUNDAY 21ST AUGUST
Basically the town centre of Alton is closed of for the day , But entrance for Scoobies only
We will of course head down in convoy , Meeting @ Thurrock services @ a time tbc a little nearer

Very poor showing from the ESC last year for this 
From memory it was only about 4 or 5 of us. Anyway, it was a pretty good day last year so......

A31 from east - Farnham/Guildford
(1) Keep straight on at first roundabout signposted right to Alton
(2) Turn left off A31 at slip road signposted Basingstoke/Alton A339
(3) Turn right at bottom of slip road
(4) Forward to double mini-roundabout
(5) Turn right under railway arch, signposted town centre
(6) Pass Butts Green on left
(7) Pass BP garage on right
(8) As road bends to right with Somerfield supermarket on corner, turn left into High St
(Control point)
77-85 High Street

GU34 1LG

Glad to see you guys are going to attend this. There was a really good turn out last year and it looks like it will be even bigger this year.

Definitley needs an overnight stay though....long day for the drivers otherwise.
We stayed the night before and the night after, makes it a nice little break.
