Si - there's still Scoobs in Harlow, but most of them seem to have VERY quiet exhausts.... one was alongside me on Saturday and I couldn't hear any burble as it pulled away 
There's a blue WRX with an STI wing with lime green wheels running around that has a bit of a decent noise, but that's the only one of late.......
