is the front of the car to the left? if so then I would agree. The vanes should be directing the heat/dust to the outside.
The way it looks at the moment the vanes direct it to the hub

Different people run em different ways mate..
My Tar:OX are fitted in the opposite direction to yours so my grooves cut from the bottom of the pad outwards. Yours are cutting from the top of the pad inwards.
If the discs/pads are new with little wear then id swap em.. if not then best left alone.

The vaibs inside, should point backwards, so as to draw the air from the center of the hub out. If the vains are straight, then i don;t think it makes a lot of difference.
The idea being that the hub is the hottest area and needs the cooling first.

Check out the following of the AP RAcing website.
this shows how it's all down to the cooling vains inside the disk.
also looking at this unless i'm mistaken, their grazing grooves run the same as yours.

that make sense, getting the air away from the hub and not bringing air into the hub, which will get progressively hotter.
i'm sure i have seen grooves go both ways though and again thought it was personal choice.
again, my logic would be to assume the grooves took the brake dust and air to the outside of the disc.

Simple breakdown of available information.
1. Directional vanes must curve back from the direction of rotation to draw the hot air away from the hub regardless of which direction the grooves end up facing.
2. Non directional vanes can be mounted either way round but for best water & brake dust removal it is advisable to have the grooves sweeping away from the inside edge and towards the outside edge.
