Default Code P1131

Took the car out for a drive today and decided to give it a little blow out, got to about, well, a bit above what I should have been doing, and the EML came on, got back home plugged the reader in and it's throwing up P1131, I think this is a sensor somewhere, anyway, I cleared it and will see if it comes back.
Question is, would running it on 97 octane fuel not help this problem, or would it be down to speed plus something else, or simply the sensor needs looking at.

Always used tesco 99 or shell vpower, good just be a bad load of fuel, try running her down and refuel her with some 99 and see if you get any more problems , wouldn't worry too much bud
