On my classic impreza 2000 plate if I come to start it at any point it will cut out unless I keep the revs on for about 10 seconds and then it idles correctly and dosent do it again when I'm driving it sometimes does if I start up drive and say pulling up to lights and it will cut out again but it's fine once it's been driven ... Anyone any ideas

 

Clean the icv. If its still the same its possible the temp sensor

 

Is the icv easy to get at and do
( my first subaru so not sure where's what lol )
