I've noticed that my car shows slight hesitation when it's cold, it only lasts for a couple of minutes whilst the temperature builds up.

It's a STi 2.5 with a Ecutek ecu if that helps at all.

Is it something I ought to be worried about?

This sounds like an impreza mate on warm up all of mine have done the same thing

My classic does the same, very slightly. Just because it's cold I'm my opinion.
