fault code - P0122 advise please.

fault code - P0122 advise please.
Powertrain - Throttle/pedal position sensor, switch A circuit low input.
Only thing to mention (which most likely have nothing to do with it but worth a mention) car was serviced and MOT'd two weeks ago , horn stopped working yesterday . Used OBD reader to clear fault after reading.
Is this anything worth worrying about ?
