, yes it'll give you pretty much all the features you will ever need ,
And if you don't want em now it'll be piece of cake and a lot cheaper to enable them when you do
You'll have to pin or remove your Tgv's though if it's a wrx
Unless the roms been modded lately
I'm not up to speed these days

£100 extra isnt much extra to have your car mapped by a man who owns the fastest manual Impreza in the world.

Mmm just because someone owns the worlds fastest impreza , does that mean its worth an extra hundred quid
Or he's gonna extract more power or increase drivability than other experienced mappers
IMHO I doubt it

And don't forget , they can only do so much with the vehicle they are presented with
And just because Af owns a quick impreza don't mean he's gonna get 350 bhp out of a bug with just a decat ,

Dont know mate.
It was worth the extra money in my eyes. Andy Forrest built, mapped and pilots his Impreza so that told me he knows these cars inside out. That, and the fact he is the UKs No1 Subaru EcuTek mapper, sealed it for me.
For me it was more about paying extra for the expertise rather than the EcuTek or OS debate.

Used Duncan here myself - he's very professional, and from what i read he is more than happy to look under the bonnet to make little tweaks to get the car performing while he is trying to map it.

For me he made up some kind of restrictor pill to get my boost up.

highly recommended from me

for someone that some people might think or suggest only works with a laptop, I seem to have very grubby hands lol. Often have to refit injectors that so called specialist haven't fitted right, refit fmic pipework, change plugs, coilpacks, fit fuel pumps, adjust wastegate arms, make up BOV blanks and generally improvise modifications to get the car running right or right enough to make the mapping session worthwhile. Not saying that I want to do all of this - it would be lovely to map a well prepped car every time but if it saves another visit and more expense for you (and me) then I do whatever i can

you certainly do.

my idle control valve failed the day before mapping then the fmic pipework came off when being mapped. all fixed by yourself on mapping day.

it was obviously fitted by an idiot to fall off
