Alcatek / Simtek software
Anyone know if the customer programme software is available for the Simtek ecu that's been upgraded to Alcatek? Mines an early 4 pin classic ecu.

You ever tried getting good communication with Alcatek staff?
Before I sent my ecu for upgrade it was working with laptop fine. I specifically wrote in a letter to leave it alone if the customer software wouldn't work. I would have phoned but it seems a phone number is a big secret. That was back in January. Still waiting.
The ecu itself is ok. But I would honestly say the communication leaves a lot to be desired.
Venting frustration.
