Default Steam

Hi I've recently bought a scooby and not having much luck, it the 2002 bugeye, I've had it 8 weeks now and already had a new rad, I was driving earlier when it was raining notice there was steam coming from the bonnet vent, I just thought its because of the rain. Anyway I was driving on and noticed the steam was getting worse, I opened the bonnet to find steam pouring out by the filter and it was making a funny noise, has anybody else had the same problem In the past, hope its not the head. Thanks

check the sml pipe that goes from the header tank to the overflow hard pipes connected to the radiator - the clip leaks and steams like hell and it looks like the rads gone
