Default diagnostics?

Does a 95 wrx import have an OBD port? Or some form of diagnostics scan available? And ig so can it show more info than diagnosing through CEL flashes?

Use the plugs under steering wheel, connect them and the engine light flashes long and short flashes, download code online!
This will give you failures!
Cant remember color of plugs sorry!
Also there is info on how too cancel light from dash with another pair of plug under dash!

Yeh ive done those. I just wondered if there was another port like obd1 or something...something that will give more info from the ecu. I think the yellow connector is for this! Anyone agree?
