i have been trying to look for a new ecu 4 my 1998 2000 turbo wagon.it has a 8s ecu in it which is not mappable but sum1 contacted me sayin they had 1 off a 1999 2000 turbo,which he has payed for the licsence and has been mapped.it is a e3 ecu he has i was just wondering if this would fit on to my car and would i be able to remap it to my car?

The 8s is mappable these days with an esl board. The e3 ecu or any ecu from a 99 onwards wont fit as they have different plug configurations.
