MAF sensor
I'm trying to trace a new MAF sensor for my07 Hawk eye 2.0trl RX, I can get one from a dealer but with a price tag over £400 maybe someone on here could point me in the direction of a cheaper solution.
The car has become unstable on tickover, with the revs dropping off quickly when dipping the clutch and almost stalling, but then jumping up to 1500rpm and then gradually dropping to normal tickover. Apart from this the car runs fine but is heavy on fuel. I have took the MAF out twice and cleaned it with the correct MAF cleaning solution, but no difference. Reading around the net all signs point to the MAF starting to fail.
There is no stored codes or pending codes and no CEL.
The MAF Part number is 22680AA360
I used to be on Scoobynet some years ago, I have since changed my e-mail address!!
